Pilgrimages to the Equal Justice Initiative Sites
about sacred ground journeys

THE facilitator

Rev. Dr. Ginny Brown Daniel
An ordained minister, justice advocate, and experienced facilitator, Dr. Brown Daniel has devoted her life to the work of racial justice and equity. Her own pilgrimage to the EJI Legacy Sites was the turning point that became Sacred Ground Journeys. She brings theological training, spiritual formation expertise, and a gift for creating spaces where truth-telling and healing can happen together.
She approaches this work as a white woman, with humility, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing learning. Future Sacred Ground Journeys will be offered in partnership with a Black woman co-leader.
